From the AVC Dealer App, go to 'Auctions', and select the Auction Name.
If you haven't added a dealership, be sure to do that now by clicking 'Manage Dealerships' in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Go back to the Auction's Customer Service Screen and click 'Submit A New Request'.
Select your dealership and the sale date (if applicable). You may also set your notification preferences.
Under 'Add A Request', click on the department for which you would like to add a request. If you're not sure, click on the question mark next to 'Add A Request' for an overview of request options by department.
