How can I get set up to use Digital Customer Service?

Download the app at https://apps.appmachine.com/auctionvcommerce. Enter your name, email, phone number and create a password. This will allow the system to automatically populate your info into the request forms.

Add Your Dealership(s):

1. Go to Auctions -> Select the Auction 
2. From the bottom right of the screen, click on 'Manage Dealerships'
3. Add your dealership(s)
